Kindly note that the customer shall assume full responsibility for the genuineness, correctness and validity of all information and documents provided as well as endorsements appearing on all fields contained, uploaded and captured (herein). The Customer is required to notify the Bank of any change in his/her/its personal or company information for appropriate Bank update in line with regulation. The update shall include but not limited to contact information, BVN, TIN, change of mandate, Emails, address of business location, nomination of company representative, etc.
The Customer irrevocably agrees that all instructions and documentation issued to the Bank by the Customer in any electronic form shall be binding and enforceable against the Customer.
The Customer agrees to fully indemnify the Bank against any expenses, claims or liabilities whatsoever incurred by the Bank by reason of acting on such instruction/documentation
